Le siège de la société se situe à New York et ses bureaux internationaux, à Windsor.

Les studios de production se trouvent à Édimbourg (Rockstar North, anciennement DMA Design), San Diego (Rockstar San Diego, anciennement Angel Studio), Vancouver (Rockstar Vancouver, anciennement Barking Dog Studio), Toronto, Vienne (Rockstar Vienna, anciennement neo Software), Leeds (Angleterre) (Rockstar Leeds, anciennement Möbius Entertainment), Fenton (Missouri), Bellevue (Washington) et San Francisco.

Les bureaux de vente et du marketing sont répartis entre Cincinnati, Toronto, Paris, Munich, Vienne, Copenhague, Milan, Sydney, Amsterdam et Auckland.

Problèmes économiques de Take Two

Actuellement, Take Two a des difficultés économiques.

Rockstar Games espère que la sortie de Grand Theft Auto IV permettra de renflouer les caisses, GTA4 ayant déjà réussi à être inscrit dans le Guiness des records pour avoir généré 314 millions d'€uros dès le jour de sa sortie.

A noter qu' Electronic Arts a voulu racheter Take Two.
