Sudbury Hall est un manoir construit dans les années 1660 par George Vernon dans le sud du Derbyshire dans un très beau style restoration[1]. Il possède un grand escalier et une longue galerie remarquables, des tableaux, des sculptures, des jardins ornementaux. Cédé au National Trust par la famille Vernon en 1967, il contient le National Trust Museum of Childhood.
Au cours de l'été 1994, y furent tournées les scènes censées se passer à l'intérieur de Pemberley (les extérieurs étant à Lyme Park) pour les épisodes 4 et 5 d'Orgueil et Préjugés, la série télévisée de 1995, d'après le célèbre roman de Jane Austen.
