UCF Knights (ex-UCF Golden Knights) est un club omnisports universitaire de l'Université de Central Florida à Orlando (Floride). Les équipes des Knights participent aux compétitions universitaires organisées par la National Collegiate Athletic Association. UCF fait partie de la division Conference USA.

L'équipe de football américain est la plus fameuse des sections des Knights. Le quarterback Daunte Culpepper évolua à UCF. Depuis 2007, l'équipe évolue au Bright House Networks Stadium, nouvelle enceinte de 45 000 places construite au nord du campus. En 2007, l'équipe devient championne de la division Conference USA pour la premiere fois. 2010 note la meilleure année de l'histoire du programme de football americain, en finissant dans le top 25, 2e du championnat de conference et gagnant leur premier bowl game.
