Les Variations sérieuses opus 54 est un cycle de variations de Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy. Composées en 1841 elles sont publiées à Vienne en 1842. Le thème original du compositeur, chromatique et pathétique, reflète l'esprit du choral.
