Webasto (prononcé vébasto) est un équipementier automobile allemand indépendant, élément à signaler dans un secteur qui tend à une concentration de plus en plus forte. Son coeur d'activité est le développement de toits ouvrants pour véhicules légers (particuliers), ainsi que la réalisation de chauffages additionnels et systèmes de climatisation pour poids lourds (camions-cars).
Le terme peut être assimilé à une antonomase, vu la position dominante de Webasto sur les marchés internationaux.
