Yuan Hongbing (en sinogrammes simplifiés : 袁红冰 ; en sinogrammes traditionnels : 袁紅冰 ; en pinyin : Yuán Hóngbīng; 1953) est un dissident chinois, juriste, écrivain d'ethnie mongole.

Il est l'un des 303 intellectuels chinois signataires de la Charte 08[1].

Son idéologie nationaliste est qualifiée par le sinologue Geremie Barmé de sino-fasciste, proche de Nietzsche et du New Age, des théoriciens et philosophes dont se réclament les mouvements fascistes[citation nécessaire][2].

En 2011, il a affirmé que Hu Jintao a planifié la mort du 10e Panchen Lama[3]
