Blackstrap est une circonscription électorale fédérale canadienne dans la province de la Saskatchewan. Elle comprend la portion sud-est de la ville de Saskatoon ainsi qu'une région rurale au sud-est de la ville.

Sa population est de 73 725 dont 58 882 électeurs sur une superficie de 11 157 km². Les circonscriptions limitrophes sont Saskatoon—Rosetown—Biggar, Saskatoon—Humboldt, Regina—Qu'Appelle, Regina—Lumsden—Lake Centre et Cypress Hills—Grasslands.

L'actuelle députée est la conservatrice Lynne Yelich.
