Bojan Kostreš, en serbe cyrillique Бојан Костреш (né le 25 août 1974 à Zrenjanin, Voïvodine, Serbie), est un homme politique serbe. Il est vice-président de la Ligue sociale-démocrate de Voïvodine et, depuis 2004, président du Parlement de Voïvodine.

Biographie

Bojan Kostreš a effectué ses études secondaires à Ečka, puis il étudia l'économie à l'École supérieure d'économie de Zrenjanin.

En 1996, à l'âge de 18 ans, il devint membre de la Ligue sociale-démocrate de Voïvodine, qui était, selon lui, « le seul parti contre la guerre à cette époque »[1]. De 1996 à 2000, il fut conseiller à l'Assemblée municipale de Zrenjanin. En 1999 et 2000, il organisa des manifestations contre le régime de Slobodan Milosevic, ce qui lui valut d'être emprisonné quinze fois[1]. De 2000 à 2003, Bojan Kostreš a été député à l'Assemblée nationale de la République de Serbie, où il dirigea le groupe parlementaire de la Ligue.

Le 30 octobre 2004, suite aux élections provinciales, il fut élu président du Parlement de Voïvodine et le plus jeune président jamais élu à cette fonction[1]. Il annonça alors qu'il voulait « rendre à la Voïvodine sa place garantie par la Constitution »[1].

En 2006, Kostreš a appelé les citoyens de Voïvodine à boycotter le référendum constitutionnel[2].
