Chantiers aéro maritimes de la Seine

CAMS est une abréviation désignant les Chantiers aéro maritimes de la Seine.

Cette société française créée en 1920 était spécialisée dans la construction d'hydravions.

La société est d'abord importatrice des hydravions italiens Savoïa. Le premier modèle français fut le CAMS 30 qui fait son premier vol en janvier 1923. C'est un hydravion-école militaire.

En 1937, elle fut nationalisée et regroupée avec d'autres constructeurs pour former la SNCASE
