Le cap Dejnev (en russe : Мыс Дежнëва, Mys Dejniova) est le point le plus oriental du continent asiatique. Situé sur la péninsule Tchouktche (Tchoukotka, Russie) donnant sur le détroit de Béring, il fait face au cap Prince-de-Galles en Alaska, situé à 82 km de l'autre côté du détroit.
Il porte le nom de l'explorateur maritime Simon Dejnev (1605-1673) qui est le premier occidental à avoir atteint le cap en 1648.
La distance qui le sépare du cap Baba, extrémité occidentale de l'Anatolie (Turquie), est de 10 050 km, la plus grande dimension de l'Asie.
