Cedric Myton, chanteur de reggae né en 1947 a grandi à Sainte-Catherine (Jamaïque).
Il a commencé sa carrière de chanteur à l'âge de seize ans au côté de Prince Lincoln Thompson au sein du groupe The Tartans (Cedric Myton, Devon Russel, Prince Lincoln Thompson et Lindberg Lewis). Il est principalement connu pour être un des chanteurs du mythique groupe The Congos.
