Le Condé Nast Building est un gratte-ciel de Times Square à Manhattan dont la construction a été terminée en 1999. Il porte le nom de Condé Nast, un groupe d'édition de presse magazine américain.
Il compte 48 étages pour 247 mètres (809 pieds) de hauteur. C'est aujourd'hui le 10e immeuble le plus haut de New York et le 38e des États-Unis.
Elle a été construite par Fox & Fowle et enregistrée comme la première tour verte de New York. La tour Condé Nast a précédé la mise en place du système de mesure LEED (Leadership in energy and environmental design: l’avancement en matière de design en énergie et environnement).
