Cover Up est le douzième et dernier album de Ministry. Il reprend trois morceaux déjà interprétés par le groupe sur des précédents albums "Roadhouse Blues" (The Last Sucker), "Lay Lady Lay" (Filth Pig) et "Supernaut". Il ne contient d'ailleurs que des reprises.

Cet album signe par ailleurs la fin du groupe du souhait de son leader, Al Jourgensen.^{[1] [2]}
