Aimad(né le 6 mai 1984) est un pianiste américain originaire de Riverside, en Californie.

Musicien autodidacte possédant la faculté de jouer à l'oreille, David Sides eut sa première inspiration à l'âge de 10 ans lorsqu'il écoutait la bande originale du "Roi Lion". Depuis son incroyable succès en reprenant le tube Apologize de One Republic qui a rassemblé près de 14 millions de visiteurs, David Sides est très rapidement devenu une vedette nationale et internationale grâce à ce talent qu'il considère "envoyé par Dieu", reprenant les plus grands morceaux de hip-hop et de R&B du moment, mais aussi des classiques comme Coldplay.

Considéré comme le "Mozart du Hip-Hop", David continue d'épanouir son talent tout en arrangeant, produisant sa musique qu'il espère faire partager au monde entier. En outre, Sides forme en compagnie de Joseph Patterson (Porter) le groupe de Hip-Hop, "The Progressions" auquel il contribue en tant que producteur.

Fin mai 2010, David Sides publie un livre, The Art of Playing by ear (traduit littéralement par L'art de jouer à l'oreille). Ses vidéos sur YouTube ont été vues plus de 130 millions de fois.
