Delivered Ex Ship (DES) est un Incoterm (International Commercial Term).
Dans cet incoterm, le vendeur paye le même prix que dans le CIF, mais le transfert de risques n'a pas lieu tant que le bateau n'est pas arrivé à son port de destination (avant que les marchandises ne soient déchargées). En particulier, cela signifie que la quantité payée est celle déchargée du navire, alors que dans un cas de vente CIF, la quantité payée est celle chargée à bord.
