Le Department for Transport est l'équivalent britannique du Ministère des Transports. Il est dirigé par le secrétaire d'Etat au transport, actuellement Geoff Hoon. Le ministère est responsable pour ce qui concerne le transport au Royaume-Uni, dans la mesure où ces compétences n'ont pas été dévolues à d'autres agences (en particulier le Department for Regional Development (en) et le Department of the Environment (en) en Irlande du Nord). Il existe depuis au moins 1914.
