La famille de Duckeodendracées est une famille de plantes dicotylédones. En classification Cronquist (1981) elle ne comprend qu'un seule espèce Duckeodendron cestroides, un grand arbre originaire des régions tropicales d'Amérique du Sud (Brésil).
La classification phylogénétique (2003) assigne cette espèce aux Solanacées.
