Eric Roth

Eric Roth

Eric Roth, né le 22 mars 1945, est un scénariste américain. Il a remporté l'Oscar du meilleur scénario adapté pour Forrest Gump en 1994. Il a écrit aussi le scénario de Michael Mann pour le film Révélations, de Steven Spielberg pour Munich et celui de David Fincher pour L'Étrange Histoire de Benjamin Button.

Biographie

Eric Roth est né à New York de Miriam « Mimi », enseignante, et de Léon Roth, un professeur d'université et producteur de films. Eric a une maîtrise en beaux-arts de UCLA Film School, ainsi qu'un diplôme de l'Université de Californie à Santa Barbara.
