Esther Peter-Davis, née à Strasbourg en France en 1933[1], est la fondatrice d'ECO-Conseil, Institut européen de conseil en environnement, dont le siège est à Strasbourg. Elle fut mariée à Garry Davis, le fondateur en 1948 du mouvement des Citoyens du Monde.
Elle a été honorée du Global 500 Roll of Honour (Palmarès mondial des 500) par l'Unep (The United Nations Environment Programme) en 1993 pour ses contributions en faveur de l'environnement.
