Farley McGill Mowat

Farley Mowat

Farley Mowat (né le 12 mai 1921) est un romancier canadien.

Il grandit à Saskatoon et, ayant beaucoup d'amour pour les animaux, a des oiseaux et un alligator chez lui. Il écrit beaucoup de travaux non-fictionnels basés sur des sujets comme la nature, l'archéologie ou la vie Inuit.

Il a particulièrement amené à une modification de la perception du loup, notamment dans Mes amis les loups (Never Cry Wolf).

il soutient l'association écologiste Sea Shepherd Conservation Society.
