Frampton est une municipalité du Québec située dans la MRC de La Nouvelle-Beauce dans la Chaudière-Appalaches[1].
Le recensement de 2006 y dénombre 1 314 habitants[2].
Son histoire débute en 1804 alors que Pierre-Édouard Desbarats (1764-1828) et ses associés y font construire un moulin à scie et un moulin à farine[3].
Son nom reprend celui du canton où elle se trouve[4].
