Le Gamu (ou Gàmmu ou Gamou) est un pèlerinage pour le Mawlid qui a lieu dans différentes cités religieuses du Sénégal et du Mali, particulièrement à Tivaouane, Touba, Sirmang et Médina Baye. Le terme Gamu désigne le mois de Rabia al Awal en wolof. Les Tidjanes organisent un pèlerinage sur la tombe de Malick Sy[1]
