Greyhound Lines est une entreprise de transport américaine de passagers par autocar à travers l'Amérique du Nord.
Fondée en 1914 à Hibbing (Minnesota, États-Unis) et incorporée dans la "Greyhound Corporation" dès 1926, la compagnie est dorénavant établie à Dallas (Texas) pour les opérations aux États-Unis et à Calgary (Alberta) pour le Canada. Aujourd'hui, près de 2 200 destinations sont desservies rien qu'aux États-Unis.Elle dessert également plus de 1 100 destination au Canada. La société ne se limite pas qu'au transport de passagers elle a également développé un système de transport de colis par autocar desservant plusieurs villes des États-Unis et du Canada
La société tient son logo et son nom de Greyhound d'un lévrier anglais, animal reconnu pour sa vitesse et utilisé dans les courses de chiens.
