Synopsis

Suite à l'overdose de leur amie, deux drogués décident de se désintoxiquer. Mais bien de problèmes compliquent la tâche. Spoon assomme un dealer qui s'en prenait à Stretch. Tout au long du film le dealer essaye de les retrouver. Il se fait cependant attraper par la police avant d'avoir pu y arriver. Spoon et Strech se livreront également à une administration peu compréhensive. Se croyant toujours traqués par la police et le dealer D-Reper.
