Hempstead Washburne (11 novembre 1852 - 13 avril 1919 ; enterré au Graceland Cemetery de Chicago) a été maire de Chicago, Illinois (1891-1893) pour le Parti républicain. Il était le fils de Elihu B. Washburne, représentant au Congrès et secrétaire d'État.
