Holstebro est une commune du Danemark située dans la région du Jutland-Central ; c’est également une ville étant le chef-lieu de cette commune.
L’ancienne commune — homonyme — d’avant la réforme communale de 2007 a fusionné avec celles de Ulfborg-Vemb et de Vinderup (à l’exception de Mogenstrup). Elle comptait 57 056 habitants en 2010 pour une superficie de 800,19 km2.
