Compagnie Pétrolière Impériale Limitée, aussi connue sous le nom de L'Impériale (anglais : Imperial Oil Limited) (TSX : IMO, AMEX: IMO) est la filiale canadienne de Exxon Mobil. Elle fait affaire dans le domaine du pétrole, du gaz naturel et de certains produits pétrochimiques. Plus grosse pétrolière canadienne, elle exploite un gisement de sable bitumineux en Alberta et opère quatre raffineries au Canada.
