Interscope Records est un label de musique américain, qui compte dans ses rangs des rappeurs comme Dr. Dre, Eminem, The Pussycat Dolls ou 50 cent, mais aussi d'autres artistes comme U2; The Wallflowers; Gwen Stefani ou Marilyn Manson, et plus récemment Lady Gaga et Paradiso Girls.
Historique
Interscope a été créé 1990 par Jimmy Iovine et Ted Field, grâce au soutien financier d'Atlantic Records (qui possède 50% des parts du label).
Le premier album sorti par le label est le rappeur latino Gerardo, classé numéro 5 des ventes grâce à la chanson "Rico Suave" en 1991.
Pendant cette période, Interscope a également signé des contrats avec le rappeur Tupac Shakur (2 Pac), No Doubt et Nine Inch Nails.
