Kate Ground (généralement appelée Kate tout court) est un mannequin canadien né le 22 novembre 1984 en Colombie-Britannique, essentiellement connue pour ses sites de charme sur internet.

Elle apparait aussi dans la presse papier, notamment Playboy's Natural Beauties daté du 31 janvier 2006 et dans le Playboy's Lingerie de Juin/Juillet 2006.

Kate's Playground est un site web appartenant à Kate. Le site web a été créé en 2004 et s'est énormement développé depuis. Les membres du site ont accès à une impressionnante collection de photos et vidéos de Kate par le biais d'un abonnement mensuel. Les membres de Kate's Playground ont aussi accès à un service de messagerie instantanée avec une caméra.

Le site Kate's Playground s'est fait connaître dans un premier temps grâce à quelques photos et vidéos dispersées sur plusieurs sites web plus ou moins illégalement par des personnes peu scrupuleuses, puis par une énorme campagne de promotion que l'on peut retrouver sur des centaines de sites web complètement indépendants de Kate's Playground.

En 2005, Kate et une autre web-modèle nommée Karen (du site Karen Dreams) ont lancé un site en commun, "Karen Loves Kate", un site secondaire avec un thème lesbien.
