Kōbe Steel Kobelco Steelers (神戸製鋼コベルコスティーラーズ Kōbe Seiko Koberuko Sutīrāzu) est un club japonais de rugby à XV détenu par Kobe Steel, Ltd., et résidant à Kōbe.
Ils furent les premiers champions de la Top League quand celle-ci débuta, durant la saison 2003-2004. Ils étaient alors entraînés par Terunori Masuho, un ancien joueur de l'université de Waseda et du club des Steelers.
