Constantin Rokossovski
Constantin Konstantinovitch Rokossovski (en russe : Константин Константинович Рокоссовский, en polonais : Konstanty Rokossowski), né le 21 décembre 1896 et mort le 3 août 1968, fut commandant dans l'Armée rouge durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale et ministre de la défense en Pologne.
Fils d'un ouvrier cheminot, il commença à travailler à l'âge de 14 ans. Lors de la Première Guerre mondiale, il fut incorporé au 5e régiment de dragons de Kargopol. En 1917, il entra au parti bolchévique. Il affronta les troupes de l'amiral Alexandre Koltchak sur le front est, au cours de la guerre civile russe.
