Montjaux
Montjaux , en occitan Mont Jòus, est une commune française, située dans le département de l'Aveyron et la région Midi-Pyrénées. Elle fait donc partie de l'ancienne province du Rouergue ou l'on communique grâce à une forme d'Occitan: le patois ou dialecte rouergat. Ses habitants sont appelés les Montjoviens.
Géographie
Le territoire de la commune matérialise une fraction sud du Massif Central. Il s'étend sur une partie de l'un des versants sud du Lévézou, à proximité de la vallée de la Muze.
