Percy Frank Bush, né le 23 juin 1879 à Cardiff et décédé le 19 mai 1955, est un ancien joueur de rugby gallois, évoluant au poste de demi d'ouverture pour le pays de Galles et essentiellement pour le club de Cardiff RFC.

Né à Cardiff, Percy Bush a disputé quatre test matchs avec les Lions britanniques, en 1904 en Australie et en Nouvelle-Zélande, avant d'être international gallois.

Percy Bush a disputé son premier test match le 16 décembre 1905, contre les All Blacks pour une victoire mémorable 3-0 à Cardiff.

Percy Bush a disputé son dernier test match contre l'équipe d'Irlande le 12 mars 1910.

Il joue huit matchs en sélection nationale. Percy Bush dispute la majeure partie de sa carrière de joueur dans le club de Cardiff RFC avec lequel il dispute 171 rencontres pour 66 essais inscrits entre 1899 et 1913. Il en est le capitaine durant trois saisons. Il viendra en France pour évoluer au Stade nantais université club.
