Raghib al-Nashashibi (1881-1951) était un homme politique palestinien. C'était un riche propriétaire terrien sous l'Empire ottoman, le mandat britannique et l'administration jordanienne. Nashashibi était diplômé de l'université d'Istanbul et ingénieur d'un quartier de Jérusalem.
Nashashibi a remplacé Moussa Qassem al-Husseini au poste de maire de la ville de Jérusalem suite aux Émeutes de Nabi Moussa de 1920. C'était aussi l'un des principaux opposants à la famille Husseini. En 1937, il a secrètement favorisé l'union de la Palestine avec la Transjordanie. Nashashibi était l'un des membres fondateurs du Haut Comité Arabe et du Parti de la défense nationale.
En août 1949, il a été nommé à la tête du nouveau ministère jordanien des réfugiés, il a ensuite été nommé gouverneur général de la Palestine arabe en septembre de la même année. Il devient en 1950 ministre jordanien de l'agriculture puis ministre des transports.
