Shedu

Shedu

Dans la mythologie mésopotamienne, le Shedu, similaire au Lammasu, est un esprit protecteur. Il possède un corps de taureau, des ailes d'aigle et la tête d'un être humain. Il était représenté, par paire, à l'entrée des villes, des temples et des palais pour repousser les esprits maléfiques et les ennemis.
