Ultramega OK est le premier album du groupe de grunge Soundgarden.

L'album fut enregistré en 1988 chez SST Records, et fut nommé au Grammy Award de la meilleure performance metal. Selon le frontman Chris Cornell, le titre de l'album était une plaisanterie du guitariste Kim Thayil.
