Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. est une société israélienne fondée en 1993 basée à Ramat Gan, en Israël, et spécialisée en sécurité de l'information.

La société est principalement connue pour l'édition de ses produits pare-feu et VPN. Elle emploie 1900 personnes dans 28 pays. Le centre de développement est localisé en Israël, mais il y a aussi des bureaux aux États-Unis, à Redwood City en Californie et dans les environs de Dallas au Texas.

Check Point a intégré SofaWare Technologies comme filiale en 1999. Elle a fait l'acquisition de Zone Labs en 2004, Pointsec et NFR Security en 2007. Fin 2008, Check Point a fait l'acquisition de l'activité Security Appliances de Nokia. Pour la commercialisation et la mise en production de ses solutions, Check Point s'appuie sur un réseau de 3000 partenaires revendeurs et intégrateurs. L'éditeur compte 100 000 clients (+100 millions d'utilisateurs) à travers le monde parmi lesquels 100% du classement Fortune 100 et 98% du Fortune 500.
